Wow, amazing is all I can sum this game up as. You were all brilliant, fighting for every ball and really piling the pressure on Rossendale who are used to getting their own way. The passing and defending is some of the best I have seen from you this season. Today you really showed us why you are now LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2008/2009.
An absolutely brilliant first season which I am extremely proud of each and every one of you. You deserve this title for the sheer dedication and commitment that you have all shown.
Thank you to all parents and grandparents that have supported us this season. It's been really appreciated. Here's to next year let's hope we can continue this form in an even tougher league than the one we have just had.
