Pad Saints Under 9's V Pendle Forest Puma's

Padiham Saints 4 - 3 Pendle Forest Pumas

An impressive first half display so the saints 3-0 up at half time with Liam Simm and Bradley Ditch(2) scoring the goals. Both Bobby Mayer and mason Hughes were solid in the midfield and were far too strong for their opponents.
The second half was a different story, with us making 5 substitutions. Unfortunately the lads who replaced the others did not keep up with the high energy passing game and therefore allowed Pendle forest back into the game. They pulled it back to 3-2 before Bradley scored his hat trick to put the saints 4-2 up. But again and again Pendle Forest drove forward with there star player Jack Hodder and pulled it back to 4-3. The saints finally held on to a good win. This was a mixed up game from being awesome at times to awful at others. Never the less i am pleased with there efforts and a well deserved win overall.
They give man of match to Bradley Ditch, My Man of match was Bobby Mayer.

Well done lads, seems like one of those games that Matt thought might slip away from you. 4-3 gets you the point though and that's what matters.
