Dan scored as well!
A really good performance from the lads; our defence looked a lot more confident and Mark caused St Josephs a lot of problems in the middle of midfield earning himself the Man of the Match trophy. Matty played well too and Brad thoroughly deserved his hat-trick.
If you play like that every week lads, I think we'll be a serious contender for the league title. Our biggest strength is going forward; we have good attacking minded midfielders and two fast strikers so we are always going to score goals. In the last two games, we've had 7 different players who have scored a goal so thats a great team effort. Some hard work on defending and clearing the ball when under pressure will help us to keep clean sheets and earn 3 points every week.
Well done again to each and every player.:-)

Well what a fantastic game and an even better result!!!!! You all played out of your skins. As I didn't see the previous match I can't compare it to this one but I'm sure it was a 100% improvement.

It just goes to show what you can achieve when you have a full & fit squad. Even the Premiership teams need that.

You all played for each other supporting one another in both defence & attack while communicating to each other.

Just to think that the score could have been even higher i it hadn't have been for some blinding saves by the posts!!!!

What you all need to do now is to knuckle down & work hard in training because come Sunday it's back to 0-0 with everything to play for. :D

No problem. He's looking forward to his 9th, 10th and hopefully 11th goal of the season in the next match!
Can we not widen the goals just a few inches? Nobody would notice. :D
