Then she told me that you are doing a great job there, well that's what it's about, getting the best out of your players for the benefit of the team.

Ah thanks for that Jon. Kim was really chuffed to read your message. She's doing a fantastic job at helping out at the back but also covering the midfield, she's doing a lot of what Ross did for the Rooks. Hard match sunday for the under 8's but I am sure they will all be up for it.
